Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise awarded "Digital Innovator of the Year" in Education & Training category by DigiconAsia readers.
Singapore, July 18th 2023 – Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, a leading provider of communications, networking and cloud solutions tailored to customers’ industries, has received the DigiconAsia DX Solution Excellence award for “Digital Innovator of the Year” in the Education & Training category. The award recognises ALE’s work with the University of Lampung (UNILA) in Indonesia to create an always-on, secure and high-performance infrastructure with integrated automation to improve productivity and user experiences.
The 2023 DigiconAsia DX Solution Excellence Awards recognises solution providers for their significant influence in transforming organisations across verticals and industries, with 36 shortlisted nominations in nine industry categories.
Votes were cast by 152 of DigiconAsia’s readers based on the nominee’s solution summary and references, and the following criteria:
• Innovative features of the DX-related solution that meet specific industry sector needs and demands in Asia Pacific
• Ability of the solution/service to:
• Enhance employee and/or customer experience
• Improve operational efficiencies and/or productivity
• Contribute effectively to business performance/profitability
• Users’ feedback on the deployment of the solution or service
